With summer on the way and Christmas entertaining on the agenda, we thought we’d revisit some of our past projects which really capture the essence of Perth living. Alfresco kitchens and open plan indoor/outdoor spaces have never been more popular as we host and dine outside. Over the years we have seen a trend for complete outdoor kitchens as well as serveries which connect the indoor kitchen to the outdoor bbq areas.

At Retreat Design we can design and install a full outdoor  kitchen or assist with fixtures and finishes to complement your open plan dining areas. Caesarstone have just released 3 colours of their product suitable for  use outside. The Outdoor Collection is a proven and highly resistant quartz surface that’s ideal for alfresco areas, BBQ settings and outdoor furniture.

We also have access to cabinetry that’s suited to outdoors and completely weatherproof. In our recent Inglewood project, the clients made sure they had the ultimate alfresco set up with dishwasher, oven, bbq, rangehood, icemaker, fridge, wine fridge, fan and sink included..No need to even step inside!

We have also completed several projects recently with oversized sliding doors which is a great way to connect the indoor and outdoor spaces when the weather permits.
